I remember the moment when my growth as a leader hit a wall and plateaued and I felt as if I had no place to turn.  Upon further research I decided to join the John Maxwell Team which ignited a spark in my pursuit for leadership development opportunities.  The resources that this program offered are extensive, and I still use them today.  But over the course of time I realized that what I needed was a coach that could draw out of me a deeper meaning for directing my talents.  Then I recalled that having more than one mentor or coach in your life is a good thing.  And that is what I needed.  A professional business coach that could see my full potential and work directly with me to build a business that extracted my specific skill set and help me structure a business model that would fuel my passion for growth, leadership development and take my coaching to the next level.
